My venue coordinator recommended Sugar on the Rim Events and I could not be more grateful. Gina and her team were fantastic! They reassured my (now) husband and I the importance of communication while planning, scheduled a few meetings with us to ensure we were on the same page and provided us with their undivided attention to ensure we felt comfortable with every step of the way while planning. Gina provided us with unbelievable advice that my husband and I didn't even consider for an outside wedding (ex: bug spray, flashlights etc).Very reasonable pricing. This was, by far, the best decision I made when planning my wedding. I realized after a certain point that my day of had a lot more to it than I realized behind the scenes (and boy, you have no idea) and decided I could use a day of planner. I had limited decor and thought that day of decor with the planning wasn’t necessary but quickly changed my mind and I am so glad that I did. In planning she was so helpful in organizing communication with the vendors and fought for me to get my vision when she thought it wasn’t being delivered. Day of none of my family nor myself had to spend any time with set up, questions, issues or take-down. There was apparently a huge issue with the the tablecloths not coming in as well as the flowers for my alter flying away in the wind. Gina took care of it all, make-shifting her way to get it all done on time. (Mind you there were problems at my two different location wedding day so they made sure to spread out and cover all the bases.) She made sure we got to have all of our appetizers and kept us on top of everything without any stress for us.

Gina is such a sweetheart and really thinks event details through! She helped me with my nonprofit event decor and I can't thank her enough. It came out absolutely stunning. Thanks Gina!

Gina is Fantastic! She was recommended to us for a Memorial Service that was in a few days. Gina and her husband went above and beyond to make sure every detail was handled professionally also being so very kind and caring. I can't say enough about Sugar on the Rim Events but if you are in need of an event planner, give them a try.

My husband and I found Sugar on the Rim events after attending a wedding expo in Griffith. She showed us a sample of her work and I couldn’t stop thinking about how her display looked so beautiful! After reaching out, Gina the owner scheduled a meeting with us at her shop. She worked with us to make our dream reception come true. The flowers she used along with the candles and candelabras made our reception pop with life! I am so happy we met Gina at the expo. We will be sure to mention Sugar on the Rim to our future engaged couples so they can have their dream wedding too.
