I had the absolute pleasure of working with Gina and Maycen at a recent wedding. I am the owner of Arrested Sounds, which is a DJ company. I have worked with many great decor and planning services over the years. I was blown away with the level of professionalism and attention to detail. The venue looked absolutely amazing and the planning services were pro level, which is so very helpful to the other vendors. They were both very attentive to the bride and groom, and I never was left wondering what was next. I was given very detailed plans before the day of the wedding and then kept informed all night long. I highly recommend Sugar on the Rim with a 10/10. On a side note, Gina and Maycen were also so fun to work with which made the night even better!

Gina is Fantastic! She was recommended to us for a Memorial Service that was in a few days. Gina and her husband went above and beyond to make sure every detail was handled professionally also being so very kind and caring. I can't say enough about Sugar on the Rim Events but if you are in need of an event planner, give them a try.

They reassured my (now) husband and I the importance of communication while planning, scheduled a few meetings with us to ensure we were on the same page and provided us with their undivided attention to ensure we felt comfortable with every step of the way while planning. Gina provided us with unbelievable advice that my husband and I didn't even consider for an outside wedding (ex: bug spray, flashlights etc).Very reasonable pricing. Our wedding day was a dream come true! If you need a coordinator, don't hesitate! DO IT!!!! Gina and her team planned my Friday the 13th wedding and it could not have gone smoother or even better even with a few timing and mostly weather hiccups, but hey rain on your wedding day is good luck right? I got a little behind and she managed to get us right back on track! Definitely worth the extra money for the day of coordinator!
