SRE Event Planning & Design was built on a simple idea: events run better when someone experienced is paying attention to the details. What started as a creative background in staging and design naturally grew into planning and managing events of all types, from corporate gatherings to private celebrations and weddings. Over the years, that work has shaped a hands-on approach rooted in preparation, clear communication, and knowing how to keep things moving when plans shift.
Owner Gina Bombin-Wilk brings a design-trained eye and a practical mindset to every event she touches. Her path into event work began with home staging and boutique retail, where she developed a strong sense of space, balance, and how details come together. That foundation now shows up in the way events are planned and managed: thoughtful without being overdone, organized without being rigid. Gina is known for staying calm under pressure, anticipating issues before they surface, and making sure clients feel supported without being pulled into every decision.

Working alongside Gina is Carli Tennis, a planner and coordinator with a background in marketing, event management, and years of hands-on venue experience. Since 2018, Carli has coordinated hundreds of weddings as a venue coordinator, giving her a deep understanding of timelines, vendor flow, and what it takes to keep an event running smoothly. Calm, detail-focused, and highly organized, she brings both professional expertise and a recent bride’s perspective to the planning process, helping ensure each event feels well-managed and thoughtfully executed.
